HOW DO I PAY FOR TRANSPORT?
Payment verification would need to be given at the time of booking.

CAN I BOOK SAME DAY TRANSPORT?
Yes, however, same day availability would depend on call volumes on that particular day.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK TRANSPORT?
You can give us a call anytime for any transport in the future.

CAN I ACCOMPANY MY FAMILY MEMBER?
Yes, of course. One family member can accompany the patient during transport.

DO YOU OFFER DIRECT BILLING TO ANY MAJOR ORGANIZATIONS?
Yes, we offer direct billing with authorization to the following, but not limited to: ICBC, Work Safe BC, Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Social Development, etc.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A RECEIPT?
You can request a receipt when booking transport. Receipts can be sent via email and regular courier mail.
